As Marketing & Sales Support, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our marketing and sales activities in the Benelux. You will work closely with our marketing team, sales team, but also other stakeholders to provide seamless support and contribute to achieving our business objectives.
Your responsibilities
- MARKETING & SALES SUPPORT
- Interface with Marketing Department Benelux & HQ marketing department
- Lay-out & sending of mailings to HCPs, pharmacists, …
- Implement digital marketing in collaboration with Digital Marketing Department HQ
- Administrative support of marketing material: stock control, follow-up regulatory validation process, distribution of material to the sales team, timely ordering of material, ensure follow-up and filing of Horus marketing material, support & update marketing budget, translation of promotional material
- Interface with creative agency/advertising/printing agency
- CONGRESS & EVENT ORGANISATION
- Interface with Sales team Benelux & District Manager Benelux & Interface with Marketing Department
- Follow-up invitations of scientific meetings field force: invitations, accreditation
- Organization internal sales team/cycle meetings Horus Pharma Belux & Nederland (transport, agenda, communication, hotel, flights)
- Organization national & international symposia, events, congresses, webinars, digital meetings
- BACK-UP OFFICE BENELUX
- Be the back-up for logistic activities
- Follow-up of incoming customer questions & letters
Desirable Skills/Experience
- Bachelor Office Management, some experience in event of pharmaceutical industry is an asset
- You are fluent in French, Dutch and English (in a professional context)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Team player with a dynamic and optimistic attitude
- Proactive with excellent communication skills
- Rigorous in applying procedures
- Curiosity, flexibility and open-mindedness are real assets
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and Adobe
